What you'll do
- Monitor Discord channels and enforce the Grymven community rules
- Handle member support tickets professionally and promptly
- Warn, mute, or kick members when the situation requires it
- Escalate reports and more serious situations to senior staff
- Stay active and engaged in staff communications

Events
Community Engagement
Plan and run events that bring the community together — on Discord and in-game.
What you'll do
- Pitch event ideas through the events request system
- Host Discord and in-game events weekly or fortnightly
- Coordinate scheduling and planning in the events channels
- Work with Lead Events to promote and announce events
- Keep records and help the team build on what's worked
- Age 16+
- 14+ days in the community

Tester
Quality Assurance
Help shape the game before it reaches the public. Early access in exchange for real, useful feedback.
What you'll do
- Participate in playtests and explore the game thoroughly
- Submit structured bug reports with steps, results, and severity
- Give broader feedback on gameplay feel, difficulty, and balance
- Keep all playtest content strictly confidential
- Respond to playtest invitations reliably and on time
- Age 16+
